QA Test Engineer

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or software development

  • Experience developing and executing software test plans and test cases

  • Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence

  • Experience testing applications developed using Java/J2EE

  • Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver or comparable automation tools

  • Experience testing web-based enterprise applications

  • Experience performing both manual and automated software testing

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance practices

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks

  • Experience working within SAFe or Agile development teams

  • ISTQB Certified Tester or comparable software testing certification
